What was your personal highlight of 2014?
I found that driving at the Nürburgring was really special. I live just a few miles away from the track and have attended countless events with my father. I've known the circuit from being a child, and it was nice to contest a couple of races there myself.
What targets did you set yourself at the start of the season, and in retrospect, would you say that you met them?
The goal was to start my first Formel ADAC season without being under any pressure and then aim to finish consistently in the top five towards the end of the season. Unfortunately, I fell well short of my goal for various reasons.
What are the main things you've learned about driving from your time in Formula ADAC, and where can we expect to see you next year?
I've definitely made progress with my driving thanks to the large number of races in Formel ADAC. Most of what I've learned probably has to do with gaining mental strength. I'd previously enjoyed many successful years in motorsport, so it was a new experience for me when the good results often failed to materialise. I learned to deal with defeat this season and emerge stronger as a result. We're still looking to work things out for next season, but there's nothing definite as yet.
